Meet the owners
Jeremy Rearden
Born and raised in the Midwest, Jeremy Rearden relocated to Naples, Florida in his teens and graduated from Lely High School. Known for his character and integrity, Jeremy has dedicated his career to the audio/video industry in Southwest Florida since the 1990s. He has maintained relationships with clients since he started as an AV installer and later as a well-respected integrator and business owner.
In 2017, Jeremy was recognized in the Business Observer “Top 40 Under 40.” He has earned numerous awards and continues to push the limits of what total-home-automation technology can deliver for our clients.
Jeremy thoroughly revels in coaching young athletes in his favorite sport. In fact, he has been a coach and a board member for the Naples Girls Softball Babe Ruth League for several years. Jeremy and his family of five enjoy spending time together outside, working on do-it-yourself projects, serving their church and watching Atlanta Braves baseball.
Meet the owners
Conard Wrightsman
Though his roots trace back to a three hundred acre farm in Indiana, Conard Wrightsman has spent the majority of his life in sunny Naples, FL. He was an avid track and cross country runner at Lely High School and a graduate from Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in accounting and Masters in Business Administration.
Over the past 25 years, Conard has had hands-on experience in Public and Private Accounting, as well as serving as CFO and COO in manufacturing and nonprofit organizations.
In 2017, Conard joined the Synergy team, excited to bring his business and financial experience to the technology world. He has an eye for detail and foresight for staying ahead of the technology curve.
Conard, his wife, and three children enjoy fishing, camping and cheering on the Naples High Eagles.
