Recently, our company “grudgingly” gathered at the studio for an 8am photo session. I say grudgingly because on a regular day at 8am, the tech teams are on the road and the office is in full go mode: we’re a company chomping on the bit, stopping to accommodate legitimate, even critical marketing needs is not really in the corporate DNA. Yet, it’s great to capture a moment in time when success is undeniable, when business benchmarks are being passed and victories stacking up. Aaron Howell and Jeremy Rearden founded their Naples, Fl. based company in the fall of 2014, growing from two guys in a van to nine full-time employees in a little less than two years with no seed money and no investors. With a clear vision and good people, Synergy CTS LLC is proof that entrepreneurs with energy, creativity, and skill can reach and even surpass their goals and dreams.
