We have had a relationship with our client at The Brittany, in Naples, FL for almost 20 years.  The recent purchase of this home allowed us the opportunity to upgrade their system and provide the best smart home for them.  This Savant controlled home integrates a Lutron lighting system, Lutron Shades, audio, video, networking, and is monitored by our Last Mile™ service division.

The A/V system includes an 8-room audio and video distribution system, streaming audio, Kaleidescape movie server, and the 5.1 surround sound family room with a 65” Sony Z9 television, custom James soundbar, and in wall speakers.  The whole home Lutron lighting control system includes dimmable LED technology and 7 rooms of Lutron Shading Solutions, all controlled with the touch of a button on their wall mounted keypads.  This home features an enterprise level network system and gigabit wifi which complements all of the home’s features and will support the technology for years to come.  With a centralized rack location, this home offers its residence ease of use for all of their technology.  The Middle Atlantic equipment rack is built and programmed off site, rolled into the client’s home and connected through our custom patch panel. This allowed our techs to spend less time in the client’s home with minimal impact to their lifestyle.
